About Western Slope Wonder Academy
Western Slope Wonder Academy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring a lifelong love of learning in children through hands-on exploration and a deep connection to nature and play. Founded by Kyli Rodgers, a passionate educator with a background in outdoor education, the academy was born from a desire to provide a unique and enriching educational experience for children.
We believe that learning should be fun, engaging, and experiential. Our Fun Fridays program offers K-5 students an opportunity to explore the wonders of the Western Slope through a variety of outdoor adventures, creative projects, and social-emotional learning activities.
Our mission is to empower children to become curious problem-solvers, confident adventurers, and compassionate citizens. We strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop a deep appreciation for the natural world and themselves.
Fun Fridays and Tuesdays is currently our only program but we have plans to expand and grow into what families in this area desire.
